Interview ....

Ever since I had finish my Industrial Training, I have been thinking of the path and what I should do. I had apply for many different jobs. Of course the job I apply isn't from my field. I also had went for few interview.

Recent interview was an interesting experience that I gain. Interesting indeed. So, i arrived at the place for interview after I confirm the exact place. I register and wait for the next step. Since that it was walk in interview which was conducted with an invitation, I saw many candidate that turn up for the interview. We were assigned to do test which turn out to be an English sentences with ABCD answer provided. Erm... seem different .. but it is okay for me as I went thru much more tougher than that which consists of calculation and analytical but I pass the test too.

Later after that we wait for our turn to be call up for the informal interview by the Human Resource of the company. As always the first question will be "Tell me about yourself"... Of course I simply said anything about my background. What else should I say? (In my mind)....

As I finish the informal interview, I wait at the corner and think, " What will it be next?". Interesting enough I was called up after the first guy finish. So, think what... The interviewer was a Manager! Interview by a Manager on spot? I don't think so. Anyway, he introduce his self and then the interview begin. And Guess again..... What will be the first question??? ...Erm.. he actually said he worry about me??? Hahaha.. I am laughing (In my heart). So, he continue with his question and it is tough!!! Swt...... He keep on ask me to give a situation and what I should act and so on. I could see he is great and master well in all the language ( I mean in English and Mandarin)... However, he also share his view and I like that part. At the end of the interview he actually ask me to speak in Mandarin!!!!!! Argh..Worst of all... Terrible .... How am I going to do that but I try and I feel that I can do better than that... (wink)...

Anyway, I really am happy that I attend the interview as I gain much more experience in interview skill. I do hope I am prepare enough next time. At least I know what they might ask..especially the Manager..
