Yesterday, 21.10.2010, I went for an interview at Kuala Lumpur. This time it was the fifth or sixth interview, i cant remember. Usually, my dad will accompany me where ever I going for an interview in Kuala Lumpur. However, this time I decided to went alone and with the help from my brother. When I reached Kuala Lumpur around 3 pm, I contacted my brother and he arrived in time. Since that he had an appointment, I wait in the car. After he finish, he drove me to the company where I interview.
By the time I finished my interview, it was about 5.33pm. I could hardly see my brother around and called him. However, he was still on work so I need to wait for him to come. As always, when I waited for anyone, I will walk around. So, I took this opportunity to have a look around Pandan Jaya. The place was crowded with buildings such as shops, houses, etc. There are many restaurants nearby but it seem messy or could say complicated, a bit dirty since some of the place look old. I am use to it, walking alone. Maybe it will look a bit weird as if I am loitering around. I know that I am not belong there. It seem strange but I slowly try to figure out. As I walk, I thought I am lost but soon I saw the familiar place and went to 7 eleven. I bought twister, a bottle of small orange juice. It nearly 6.30pm. I feel a bit hungry. It seem that I could use to it since I ate fried mihun for branch (breakfast + lunch). I walk around and end up sitting at the bus stop. It seem weird seeing all the bus pass and passenger pass by. Even the bus driver who exchange with his friend ask me of why I did not take the bus since it had arrive. My answer " I was waiting for my brother". Maybe he feel curious or concern. Finally the waiting end. I understand that once traffic jam, he will be stuck for hours. Anyway, I feel happy to see him plus it is boring back there! It was 7.05 pm.
We went to hawker stall for dinner. My brother choose fried mee and I choose yee mee since I don't feel like eating any fried food. So, we sat and waited for our food. By the time my brother finished his last fried mee, I still haven't get my food! Eventually, the hawker had prepared my food and finding for me. When she put down the bowl of yee mee, I was a bit shock. It was a big bowl! Gosh....with so little time, I faster eat my food. After finish, my brother drove me to Bukit Jalil. By that time it was 8.05pm. I rush my way to the counter and manage to bought 8.30 pm ticket. I called my brother so that he would not be worry.
Then I find for the bus. A taxi uncle asked me, " where are you going? I could drive you there"... I just reply, " No, I am finding for my bus"..... Then he asked me again " to where"? I told him I am going back to Malacca. While he keep on saying he could drive me to there, I just ignore him and wait for the bus.
It was about 8.15pm. I couldn't wait and thus off to search for the bus. Finally, I found it and waiting beside the bus. While waiting, a guy approach me and ask whether I could lend to him some money to buy ticket since his wallet lost in a bus that he took to Kuala Lumpur. That time I am a bit aware and scare. He keep on talking to me and told me his story. He said he lost his wallet with an amount of money in it when arrive and was looking for anyone to help him. Moreover, he said he was hungry and have not eaten any. What he want is a ticket to go back home. I am not sure whether he was telling the truth or just lying. He seem a bit desperate but I am not sure if he was joking as he even can said to me "Could you lend me RM2 for me to buy a scissors, to rob people..... What the different since nobody can help me now ". I keep on looking around. There are people nearby waiting for the bus to open. He even try to ask from foreigner but the foreigner could not help as he do not have enough money. Soon, the bus driver open the door. I took out the cake I bought earlier and gave it to him. He looked at me as I gone up into the bus. In my mind if it's true, I can't help him but just give him some food for him to wait for rescue. But if it is just a lie... then I could say no more as such things could happen anywhere especially in Kuala Lumpur. I called my brother and told him what happen. He then said I should not believe it. I feel a bit relieve and soon the feeling of scare and sorry for him gone as I talk to my friend. At about 10.35pm, I reached my home, Malacca.
